ATOD is publishing the following apology and information at the request of Opera Australia.

Opera Australia would like to apologise for any inconvence caused to members of the deaf community for incorrectly advising, on its website, that the performance of Candide on Saturday 30th January, in the Domain, would be surtitled. We are sorry that many people attended on the basis that there would be surtitles when in fact these were not provided.

Opera Australia is pleased to advise that all opera performances in the current summer season will be surtitled. We would like to extend a special offer to members of the deaf community for all weeknight performances in the Summer season at the Sydney Opera House. You will receive a 10% discount off A Reserve and B Reserve tickets (maximum two tickets per person).
